Qualterra is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Murray as its new Senior Director of Human Resources. With more than two decades of experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, and leadership excellence, Murray will be instrumental in shaping Qualterra’s people strategy to drive growth, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Murray joins Qualterra following an accomplished career leading HR initiatives at Premera Blue Cross, PeopleAdmin (a PowerSchool company), and Gonzaga University. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture, driving business transformation, and championing innovative HR practices that align with organizational goals.

Murray holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Washington University. She has been actively involved in HR leadership and professional development communities, including the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), and has been a speaker on strategic HR transformation at national conferences.
